Full job description
Looking for your a long-term position with possibility to grow? Say no more! We are a multi-location Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery group looking for the right Patient Coordinator. Must meet the following requirements to be considered for an opportunity to work with us. Oral surgery experience is preferred. Will consider other dental specialty experience. At least one year experience working in the dental field. Must possess the following skills:
Computer &
technical;
writtenand verbal;
proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel &
Outlook;
initiative, judgment, problem solving and decision making;
ability to follow instruction &
policy, organization and follow up. Knowledge of the dental &
healthcare system, including scheduling for production, treatment presentation, insurance benefit explanation, dental procedures, reporting to and communication with physicians and staff. Ability to multi task in fast paced environment. Provide medical administrative support by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Position requires traveling to sister locations to cover as needed. Job Type:
