Travel Registered Nurse Telementry

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurses with experience in Telemetry to join our team. As a Travel RN Telemetry at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in different healthcare settings, travel to various locations, and provide top-quality care to patients in need.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit, including monitoring vital signs, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and detecting any changes in patient condition
Assess and analyze patient data, document findings, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Provide patient and family education on disease management and post-hospital care
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and medical records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective patient care
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Requirements
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience, preferably in Telemetry
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac monitoring and Telemetry techniques
Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to travel and work in different healthcare settings
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry experience in the last 18 months in a Hospital setting, Must have 1yr Pediatric experience.
License Required:
KS RN or Compact RN License

PALS
