Travel Registered Nurse| Cardiac Cath Lab

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab Area. As a Travel RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization labs, collaborate with highly skilled healthcare professionals, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of cardiac patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and set-up of cardiac catheterization procedures
Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamics during procedures
Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed
Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
Monitor patients post-procedure and provide appropriate care and patient education
Document procedures and patient information accurately and efficiently
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac cath lab or critical care setting
Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and equipment
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac nursing principles and practices
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to travel and work in various healthcare settings
BLS and ACLS certifications (Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
