Transportation Operations Agent

Job Description
Entry level position focused on servicing our domestic customers. This is a dynamic, growing team. Strong training program to develop skillset and provide opportunity for advancement.
Hours:
M-F 11am-8pm
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems
Manager service providers for accurate and timely performance
Adhere to customer SOP's and provide proactive communication
Some warehouse duties including forklift operation, freight check-in, and truck loading/unloading
Manage and maintain inventory for specific customers
Contribute to and maintain good relationships with suppliers
Meet both company and US compliance standardsat all times
Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policies
