Smith Power Products is searching for a Heavy/Medium Duty Transmission Technician to join their team Salt Lake City, UT.
If you have experience repairing and maintaining automatic transmissions, this is a career you need to explore.
In this role you will be servicing all makes and models of highway vehicles and equipment. Backed as the local distributor for many OEM’s such as Detroit Diesel and Allison Transmissions, Smith Power Products has training and support available to help further your mechanical skill set and confidence. There is a large team supporting the product lines within the company that you can rely on to help you get up to speed or make hard calls. You will enjoy having a consistent schedule with overtime available based on market demand.

• Great Pay - Top technicians earn $80,000/year or more (paid hourly) based on experience, overtime worked and other incentives. With overtime after 8 hours a day, you will be making more than with the competition. Hourly pay range is $27-40/hr.
• Company paid training - The Smith Power Products Salt Lake City location is the backed training center for most of the OEMs they support. Travel for training that can’t be performed at the location will be paid for.
