description:
Training Content Developer Co-Op Student will outline training content, craft digital training content, and set up training content software.
Key responsibilities:
Review manufacturing needs and build a training outline.
Record/edit video-based training content in short and long forms.
Watch Zoom videos and convert meetings into training content.
Educated themselves on software solutions that they will be training people on.
Requirements
Education &
Certificates
College or University student with applicable course subject matter.
1+ years of training experience is an asset.
Tech-savvy.
Video Software:
Loom, Zoom, Adobe.
Training Software:
Trainual or other similar solutions.
Marketing Automation:
HubSpot, Pardot, or other similar platform.
Competencies:
Self-motivated and self-starter.
A stickler for details, accuracy, and achieving goals.
Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and presenting with managers and peers.
Internally liaise with Manufacturing.
Maintain a working relationship with IT to use existing and new tools.
Working conditions:
80% of work indoors in the Plant and 20% in an office environment with long periods of standing and walking.
