Responsibilities
Compensation
Serve as subject matter expert on all Total Rewards matters, including but not limited to:
Providing direction and guidance on position evaluations, global grade alignment, FLSA status, and market adjustments, leveraging functional expertise.
Own and spearhead the survey management process including survey selection, participation, and results review. Leads the preparation of headcount compensation and financial reports, ensuring delivery of insights to stakeholders.
Lead the development of the US compensation structure through market research and the provision of recommendations.
Oversee the position leveling process to ensure precise and uniform job review, maintaining consistent title usage.
Partner with the Talent team to conduct comprehensive compensation reviews and analysis, assessing the efficacy of the current structure.
Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation and benefits data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Design and build reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and visual data models to effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
Perform routine reporting and analysis of compensation and human capital metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Conduct research and develop recommendations for new compensation programs and special projects as required
Benefits
Strategically oversee voluntary benefits and health support programs, crafting internal communications and monitoring engagement and program value.
Conduct comprehensive benefit surveys and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness and efficacy of benefit programs.
Lead compliance efforts, overseeing legal activities such as 5500s, PCORI fee, and ACA reporting.
Propose beneficial changes to benefits programs, collaborating with stakeholders to assess organizational and employee impact.
Direct day-to-day coordination with designated benefit vendors, ensuring seamless management of services.
Resolve escalated issues and liaise with vendors to achieve timely resolutions.
Contribute to the refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements in benefit plan administration, including compliance with HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and Tax Code
