A Brief Overview
As a Third party risk advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting in addressing client questionnaires and ensuring our clients have the information they need regarding IT infrastructure, data privacy, and disaster recovery testing.
What you will do
Client Questionnaire Support:
Collaborate with senior DR Analysts to respond to client questionnaires accurately and in a timely manner. This will involve researching and gathering information related to IT infrastructure, data privacy policies, and disaster recovery testing procedures.
Data Collection:
Assist in collecting data and documentation necessary to complete client questionnaires. This may involve working with various teams within the organization to obtain the required information.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client questionnaires, responses, and any follow-up actions required. Help create comprehensive reports for clients detailing our disaster recovery capabilities.
Coordinate with Procurement on development and maturity of the Third Party risk management team. This includes helping to develop the processes and procedures for Safelite to manage third parties including onboarding new suppliers, relationship management, offboarding current or old suppliers, review of suppliers performance, etc.
Research and Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and trends related to IT infrastructure, data privacy, and disaster recovery. Conduct research to support the development of informative responses to client inquiries.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure accurate and compliant responses to client questionnaires.
Evaluate and monitor Risk acceptance for Third party vendors.
Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required
Experience Qualifications
1-3 years Relevant experience Required
Skills and Abilities
Strong interest in disaster recovery, IT infrastructure, and data privacy.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing client needs and industry requirements.
