Test Engineers- We’re building a dynamic engineering teamwith areal-world cyber mission focus. Seeking seasoned T&
E Engineer who arehighlymotivated to put their knowledge into play developing, deploying and maintaining advanced, complex operational networks. These are full time positions at Fort Meade, MD. Clearance Requirement:
Top Secret, SCI eligible with CI poly.
Duties involved:
Responsible for the operational testing and checkout procedures of the Weapons platform after each release to ensure no operational outages to critical mission functionality occurs during the release process
Develop test plans, procedures, and scenarios to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability in accordance with operational requirements and specifications
Coordinate with stakeholders to define test objectives, success criteria, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with system upgrade goals and mission objectives
Validate system compliance with operational requirements, standards, and regulations, conducting verification and validation activities to ensure that the upgraded system meets specified performance, reliability, and security criteria
Document test results, observations, and findings in test reports and issue tracking systems, communicating findings to stakeholders and recommending corrective actions or system adjustments as needed
Works with the end users/stakeholders to return the system to operations after every patch windows
Documents status and results of operational checkout procedures, alerts Tier 2 and Tier 3 team members of any issues during checkout
Support OA and DT events as needed. Estimated to be 1 Operational Assessment (OA) and 4-6 Developmental Tests (DTs) a year
