Job Description
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for executing on the delivery of sales goals and projects within their region, including driving new and repeat business with residential builders and other customers, leading to territory growth and increased market share for our stone veneer and masonry installation projects. This role is responsible for driving profitable sales and revenue in their assigned territory.
Candidate must currently reside within the territory of Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the delivery of top-line revenue goals for the territory, including new and repeat business with B2B clients such as builders of new residential (and commercial as needed) construction projects to sell our turn-key stone solutions products and services
Leads the territory focus on driving YOY growth in new sales, new clients, and repeat business and developing strong foundational relationships with customers that will last
Accountable to deliver on financial goals for the territory including strategic objectives and projects, as well as demonstrating safety, compliance and the highest integrity while accomplishing operational KPIs and metrics and ensuring the delivery of profitable sales
Responsible for following territory directives in support of overall regional goals and strategy including continuous learning, prospecting, and development of new opportunities
Uphold a strong customer focus with the teams and demonstrate cross functional leadership with national &
commercial sales, orderentry, estimating and installation leadership
Demonstrate our core values and success behaviors in their approach to work and leadership
