Job Description
Wayman Fire Protection is looking for a Territory Sales Representative for Inspections &
Service to cover the tri-state area. Representatives will perform site visits and gather necessary information for Inspection proposals. You will expand our customer base by creating new relationships in the area, as well as help maintain our valued customers. Utilizing your past experience in the sales industry you will proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers via prospecting, networking, and referral activities within your region. You will be working out of our home office in Wilmington, DE. We are looking for someone who is flexible and ambitious with a hunger for success. We offer uncapped commissions, strong base pay, great benefits package and 401k!
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Provide accurate forecast of activity and potential sales.
Utilize approved marketing materials to present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, assuring the customer understands our value proposition, positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.
Follow up with prospects in a timely manner and manage sold projects to a successful completion.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers issues and needs thorough in-house training, networking and reading/research.
Team-sell with other division associates bringing full services and solutions to prospects and existing customers.
Required to read blueprints and install the appropriate materials accordingly.
Weekly ops meeting participation with weekly direct department team meetings while setting expectations.
Maintaining quote and sold log weekly.
Create sales material to present to customers
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Technical aptitude, understanding of drawings and code applications
Exceptional customer service leading to successful project installation and aftermarket service
Candidate must have a strong work ethic and oriented to achievement and positive results
Strong negotiation skills and competitive spirit
Strong prospecting skills resulting in consistent lead generation and pipeline building.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer organizations
Sales will be conducted within the tri-state area but your home base will be at our office in Wilmington, DE.
