About the Role
Our Tennis Shop Attendant is the first person the member sees when they walk into the Tennis Shop.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring tennis court reservations throughout shift
Greeting members and guests entering facility
Filling requisitions for food, drinks, and snacks behind the counter and keeping full stock.
Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as:
sports drinks, soda, water
pouring beers from beer kegs
serving wine
making mixed liquor drinks - a select few
Communicating between tennis professionals, maintenance staff, tennis management, and other clubhouse departments
Keeping work area clean and tidy
Checking out members with merchandise through Northstar POS system
Requirements
Must have great communication skills and outgoing personality
Must be organized
Must be efficient in their work
Must be customer-service oriented
Must be eager to learn
