Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telemarketing, with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving sales and achieving targets. As the Telemarketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our telemarketing team, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, and ensuring the overall success of our telemarketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of telemarketers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to increase sales and revenue, in line with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze telemarketing performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize results
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to assess progress and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing campaigns with overall company strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing, and make recommendations for improvements to current processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in telemarketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
