About the role:
As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll provide you’ll provide technical support to clients, Infrastructure and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex software.
What you will be doing?
Communicate and validate business/user/client requirements for processes, policies and information systems/software. Translate and support business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.
Work with clients (both internal and external) and operations teams to elicit high-level requirements and support of the product.
Clearly articulate and document business requirements and translate it into client facing specifications.
Work with Project Managers, Infrastructure, Product and Developers and other team members to diagnose issues.
Assesses risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
Participates in Functionality Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing;
document as required.
What you will need:
A subject matter expertise to support software issues, required changes and data required to support further development.
Ability to provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
Ability to follow change with management process regarding change deployment.
How to understand and write SQL queries.
Java experience / basics in reading Java code.
Understanding of finding/reading server logs.
2-3 years of previous technical experience.
Experience with SAML SSO, SOAP Web Service and XML a plus but not necessary.

The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
