PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and perform testing of adhesives and bonded products, sealants, coatings and abrasion resistant materials.
Order/maintain all lab supplies including reagents, chemicals, testing substrates, and instruments tools/supplies.
Operate testing instruments to generate mechanical and analytical data as determined by industry standards.
Schedule, coordinate, and maintain all lab preventative maintenance, calibrations and general lab organization
Adjust and create standard and non-standard test programs in mechanical and analytical laboratory instruments.
Run experiments and records data preformed on manufactured batches.
Answer incoming calls seeking fundamental technical advice.
Promote, support and adhere to all company safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures, including maintaining lab Safety Data Sheets and biweekly safety inspection audit report of the lab.
