Technical Product Manager - Data Solutions

Job Description
AbbVie’s EPIC team is responsible for building and deploying scalable in-house generative AI applications to boost productivity and accelerate scientific innovation. As a Technical Product Manager for the EPIC team, you will be responsible for organizing, planning and communicating the work of a small but talented team of developers. Your role will involve prioritizing sprints, assigning tickets, scheduling meetings, monitoring progress and setting deadlines. Moreover, you will be a key communicator to stakeholders, helping to create user-friendly documentation and to prioritize user feedback.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Prioritize and plan sprints, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Assign Jira tickets and tasks to team members, ensuring workload distribution and resource optimization
Schedule and facilitate meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them
Gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations
Assist in drafting user-friendly documentation and educational materials
Engage with users and leverage feedback to further prioritize the team’s work
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
