Technical Designer

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Technical Designer to join our client's team in Dallas, TX.
Our client is a leading company in the design and construction industry, specializing in commercial and residential projects. As a Technical Designer, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects. You'll work with our design team to create fresh design ideas and help manage the design process until construction. You're skilled at turning architects' sketches into 2D/3D models, and you're good at solving artistic and technical problems. With your technical expertise and Revit skills, you'll help bring client projects to life, working closely with our team from start to finish.
Other duties include:

Work with the design team and Design Director(s) on all project phases.
Solve design issues with creative solutions.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Create presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.
Assist in managing client expectations and team communication.
Contribute to office activities and learning programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
3-5 years of project experience
Pursuing State licensure and LEED accreditation is advantageous
Interest in Critical Facilities/Data Center projects
Proficiency in Revit
Basic understanding of building codes and accessibility requirements
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication of design ideas
Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership, organization, and relationship management skills
