The Team Member Services Director assists in the direction of residence operations. Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to residents and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist the Resident Care Consultant and AL/MC Director of Clinical Services/Resident Care Directors with educating the care staff in ensuring quality resident care is provided in a manner that upholds the organization’s philosophy and the well-being of the residents. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and department heads;
organize and maintain employee files;
responsible for recruiting, hiring, benefits, administration, and general customer service duties. Acknowledge, utilize, and understand NC regulations and apply to all areas of the community.
Requirements
CNA OR PCA
CPR Instructor Certified.
Friendly, caring disposition with a desire to work with older adults.
One-year experience in the assisted living or human services field preferred.
Must show leadership abilities and work independently, efficiently, and reliably.
Effective communicator with the ability to appropriately respond to needs and concerns as needed.
Computer proficient with in-depth experience in MS Outlook, Excel &
Word.
Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
