Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and instruction
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
Monitor student behavior and support classroom management
Assist with grading assignments and recording student progress
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent;
associate’s degree or higher preferred
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
