Tax Staff

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated Tax Staff to join our client's esteemed CPA team. As a Tax Staff, you will be responsible for providing tax planning, preparation, and compliance services to their clients. You will work closely with the tax team to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
Conduct research on various tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
Assist with tax planning and projections
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to gather necessary information for tax return preparation
Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and deadlines
Assist with tax audits and respond to tax notices as required
Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters a plus)
2+ years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Willing to pursue CPA/150 Credits

$58K/yr - $75K/yr, negotiable.
