Tax Manager - Potential Partner Path

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Review and analyze tax implications of business transactions
Supervise a team of tax associates, providing guidance and mentoring
Participate in business development activities to expand client base
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
Active CPA license
Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring a team
Excellent communication and client service skills
Proven track record in business development
Dedication to professional growth and advancement

Salary:
$97K/yr - $130K/yr, negotiable
