This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

This position is for a June 24, 2024 start.
About the team
The Wealth Outsourcing Tax team and is responsible for preparing and remitting 1099 Information Reporting, 1041 fiduciary and 990 foundation tax returns and applicable timely payments to the IRS and State authorities on behalf of our clients.
What you will be doing
Process 1041 fiduciary quarterly estimates:
Use FIS Trust Desk accounting system databases and OneSource Tax system to prepare cash requirements lists for Clients, post debits from associated trust accounts, remit payments and filings to the IRS and State authorities.
Process 990 estimates:
Use FIS Trust Desk accounting system databases and OneSource Tax system to prepare cash requirements lists for Clients, post debits from associated trust accounts, and remit payments to the IRS.
Process and remit foreign withholding and backup withholding payments to the IRS.
Prepare and package tax form paper filings and checks, deliver to Post Office for certified mailing.
Organize, scan and save all backup of processing and mailings.
Run account opening and closing databases and review for proper tax preparer assignment and send status reports to Clients.
Research and respond to correspondence from the IRS and various State authorities related to issues or examinations arising from tax filings.
Collaborate with Tax Analysts and assist with other projects and mailings as necessary.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English;
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Bonus if you have
Basic understanding of 1041 and 990 tax forms
Knowledge of OneSource Trust Tax System
Knowledge of Trust Desk System

Student Loan Repayment Program:
