As a Task Lead - Training Development Manager at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for our clients.

Responsibilities
Manage the operations and administration of the contract through regular, direct engagement with COR, N&
NC J723 Branch Chief andthe N&
NC J72 Division Chief and manage the operation of training courses through oversight of all contract analysts
Collect data from contract team members to develop Monthly Status Reports, and support routine contract and personnel administration in coordination with the Miracle Systems Program Manager
Support planning, execution and evaluation tasks for the JSTC, JOCTC, and JRSOITC
Lead JCTC, DSCOC planning, execution and evaluation tasks to include:
Review relevant Policy, Doctrine and lessons learned from real-world operations and exercise events and use changes to update course syllabi and curricula in coordination with applicable government staff
Develop exercise and training scenarios for facilitated and panel discussions, practical exercises, and command post and tabletop exercises
Schedule and coordinate senior presenters from USNORTHCOM, National Guard Bureau (NGB), interagency partners, and the States for JCTC and DSCOC, and maintain a list of available and potential presenters
Present mission analysis and instructional materials, and facilitate discussions and TTXs on National Guard Civil Support (NGCS), Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) and Homeland Defense (HD) operations under multiple operational statuses (State Active Duty, Title 32, Title 10, and dual T10/32 status for Dual Status Commanders)
Provide detailed information on policy, doctrine, operations, and history of Joint Task Forces, Joint Force Headquarters’ operations during emergency response and catastrophic events
Coordinate printing/production of course materials, read-aheads and administrative information for JCTC and DSCOC and manage their distribution as part of attendee “welcome packages”
Build and distribute JCTC and DSCOC course evaluation forms;
collect feedback information and use it to help develop after action reviews (AARs) following completion of each course
Deliver completed AARs to the respective government team leads within 1 week of course completion including feedback, critiques, additional information and lessons learned to ensure maximum currency of curricula and course materials, and to enhance the quality of the courses of instruction
Develop, execute, and evaluate annual DSCOC Refresher Course, using the most current materials from recent DSCOCs as well as other relevant materials
Oversee and support management of the Joint Domestic Operations Course (JDOC)
Executive JDOC through daily coordination with the Training Analyst and Instructional Design Analyst, JTAs and COR
Participate in annual, comprehensive course reviews with government customers
Requirements
Min
12+ years of experience supporting National Guard domestic operations
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role leading or supporting NG domestic operations
5+ years of program management experience.
5+ years platform instructor experience, to include experience facilitating senior leader instruction or exercises.
Extensive knowledge of DSCA, Civil Support and Homeland Defense policy, doctrine, history.
Knowledgeable of LMS based courseware and administration.
CERTIFICATION:
Master’s degree in a relevant field of study. Completion of FEMA IS 75, 100.B, 200.B, 700.B and 800.B;
completion of the JointDomestic Operations Course
