Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a national high-volume requisition load, building candidate, and hiring manager relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery within a fast-paced environment. This role demands a consultative approach, with a focus on operational excellence and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Your responsibilities include strategizing with hiring managers, executing recruitment plans, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. You'll leverage various sourcing methods such Indeed, and Linkedin to attract top talent.
The Talent Scout role involves handling crisis project-based tasks for our nationwide operations teams. This includes recruiting for positions such as Caregivers/CNAs/Mental Health Specialists, other hourly staff, salaried operational managers, Area Directors, and DI roles.
Collaboration is key as you work closely with HR teams and operational staff, providing training on recruitment best practices and compliance. While quickly learning the nuances of each market and state specific processes. Your attention to detail and strong decision-making skills will shine as you assess candidate viability and negotiate offers.
The Talent Scout must possess sound knowledge of Dungarvin recruitment practices and hiring techniques, frequently assisting with training and education of others when someone is struggling.
