T-Rn/ Registered Nurse

As a T-RN/Registered Nurse at NCG Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Assist with various medical procedures and examinations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations and protocols
Stay current on nursing best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred
