Systems Operation Technician

In this deployable position, you will have the opportunity to work at customer locations worldwide, providing flexible, scalable, and secure infrastructure for our clients. This position requires OCONUS travel, with an expectation of at least two 60-day deployments annually in support of customer initiatives. Your role will involve varied shift schedules, including day and evening hours, and travel. Additionally, you will periodically rotate between our Network Operations Center and customer sites, providing on-site support and ensuring smooth operations.
What you will do:
Deploy to customer locations worldwide to set up and tear down systems.
Manage mobile devices and ensure secure connectivity and communications.
Provide support for mapping, imagery, and other critical services.
Monitor, alert, and report on system and infrastructure health.
Perform troubleshooting to triage, investigate, and mitigate system issues.
Escalate events following established operational policies.
Manage vulnerabilities by patching servers and infrastructure.
Maintain and update system and server configurations according to organizational standards.
Diagnose and repair faulty system and server hardware.
Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer needs.
