Clearance Requirement:
Active TS/SCI level for access to classified information. CI Polygraph or eligibility to obtain a CI Polygraph preferred.

Fort Eisenhower, GA - U.S. Army Garrisons
Onsite Requirement:
5 days/wk (no remote)
Travel:
There may be travel, but expect it to be minimal

The Role
Field Service Representative to support the deployment and maintenance of an Army intelligence and targeting system. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be assisting the implementation teams to support our clients user base while deploying cutting edge technology. You will train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, and solve unique and challenging problems.
Core Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for the deployment, installation, configuration, and maintenance of a next generation Army intelligence and targeting system.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Collaborate with military personnel and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the system.
Train end-users on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures (for both hardware and software components)
Respond to and resolve technical issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Document and report all activities, issues, and resolutions using appropriate reporting tools and systems.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications as required.
Keep abreast of the latest developments, updates, and best practices related to Army intelligence systems and doctrine
Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements and enhancements based on field experience and user feedback.
Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures in accordance with organizational and military guidelines.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization positively in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
What We Value
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.G., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of experience in field service support or a related technical role, preferably within a defense or military environment.
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Familiarity with Army intelligence and targeting systems is highly desirable.
Ability to travel and work on-site at Ft. Gordon, Ft. Cavazos, or Joint Base Lewis-McChord for the duration of the deployment (minimum one year).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with military personnel and end-users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and operational needs.
Ability to travel 25% of the time if needed.
