System Administrator

**Location:
Tulsa, OK. This is an onsite position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**

About You:
We are currently seeking a systems administrator with security, database, storage, and VM management experience to join our team. As an experienced systems admin, you will be expected to provide ongoing analytical, technical, and administrative support for our Unix-based network and related software. You should be able to recognize and troubleshoot problems with server hardware, operating systems, application software, and authentication.
You will also be expected to stay up to date on the latest technology solutions to decrease complexities and increase stability throughout our network.

• This is a full-time, in-office position.
  
• Video Modify’s business hours are Monday through Friday, from 10:
  00am to 7:
  00pm.
  
• Schedule and hours of work are flexible, with the expectation that this position will require approximately 40 hours per week.

We are a small organization pulling the trigger on expanding our engineering department. For eager and qualified professionals, there is high potential to fast track your career as we grow over the next 24 months. What You’ll Do ? Develop and maintain new and existing server, storage, network and data systems.

• Author detailed reports of maintenance / changes continuously.
  
• Maintain professional documentation for all key aspects of our system.
  
• Maintain backup services for servers and code bases
  
• Upgrade / Maintain API solutions using Django and work with databases .
  
• Offer IT support for our small team.
  
• Troubleshoot issues as needed
  
• Learn system architecture and report any potential problems or instabilities
  

Skill &
Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and experience with virtualization and automation systems
  
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with storage platforms and CentOS
  
• Exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and directives to achieve company goals and objectives
  
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration and infrastructure management
  
• 5+ years of experience working with Unix based systems
  
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
  
• Knowledge of and experience with object-oriented programing languages preferred

What we offer:
Salary:
$60,000 - $75,000 Salary is commensurate with experience.
