Survey Cad Technician
job description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Survey CAD Technician position in our Nashville, TN office.
Work as part of a team in all facets of Land Surveying including land development, municipal and related projects.
Duties
Develop CAD drawings for Boundary, Topographical, &
Subdivision projects.
Review and understand construction drawing sets for stakeout work.
Interpretation of notes and redlines.
Manipulation of CADD models
Adherence to Company and/or Client drawing standards
Interpersonal skills (strong communication skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, organization)
Ensuring document quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
Requirements
CAD/Drafting related Certificate Program or associate degree in design technology a plus.
1 to 3 years of drafting experience.
Experience with Autodesk, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite.
3D Modeling experience a plus.
Trimble Business Center experience a plus.
