Full Job Description:
This is a great opportunity to join a growing mid-sized Orthopedic group in Corona. The ideal candidate will have solid prior experience in the entire surgery scheduling process, ideally in orthopedics. This person will be a strong team player and be able to effectively demonstrate excellent customer service.
Job duties:
- Coordinate surgery schedules for multiple surgeons, surgical assists, and equipment/vendors
- Obtain insurance verification &
authorizations
- Coordinate labs and examinations as needed
- Schedule pre- and post-operative appointments
- Ensure proper consent is received
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year surgery scheduling experience.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented is a must.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Orthopedic experience is a plus
