About Us:
This key individual will support the Power Tools &
Lifting team by creating and communicating insights across the entire supply chain. The Supply Chain Analyst also supports the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process by creating and monitoring demand plans, communicating risks, and providing insights in the form of dashboards and automated reports. The Supply Chain analyst will also provide support and coaching in Material Management standard work to the Power Tools &
Lifting Plants and Distribution Centers to enable the business meets its Service and Net working capital goals.

Position Responsibilities:

Builds and maintains statistical forecasts for customer demand planning for multiple sites across the globe.Assists with the SIOP process to ensure demand forecasting is synchronized across multiple teams and communicates risks appropriately.Improve forecasting accuracy by analyzing error rates, recommending and implementing appropriate action plans.Maintains documentation and SOPs for demand planning processes and systems.Leverages data analytics tools to create new insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations across the entire supply chain.Interacts frequently with internal contacts as well as external suppliers and customers to build effective forecasts and replenishment plans.Assists with advanced analytical analysis, such as anomaly or outlier detection, statistical modeling, or process optimization as needed.Collaborates effectively with all teams and levels in the organization to successfully meet desired operational. financial and quality objectivesSupport the implementation and compliance of the Materials and SIOP standard work playbook processes and systems to facilitate the fulfillment process from production planning to material procurement and warehousing, through product shipment. Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Degree PreferredAPICS Qualification Desired3 plus years of working with data, preferably in a supply chain or operations environmentExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.Some knowledge of Oracle/MFG Pro preferredStrong Excel, Python, or R skills for statistical analysis, data visualization, modeling, and/or optimization
