The Director develops and implement short- and long-term plans for growth and improvement of UROC and its programs and services with the goal of encouraging and facilitating faculty-mentored undergraduate research and creative activities.

Preparing annual progress reports and other reports as required for internal and external accountability. Working with UROC staff to design and coordinate marketing, recruitment, and selection for UROC programs. Supervising program staff and student interns.
