Job Description
Lead a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives throughout a large geographic region.
Manage employees through the entire employment life cycle.
Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
Foster a positive, results-oriented sales environment
Responsible for Achievement of company objectives by setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making accurate forecasts
Manage sales performance by setting clear objectives, coaching, and holding teams accountable for performance metrics and quota achievement.
Have an understanding CRM systems in order to review and analyze sales stats
Work with senior leadership to drive the strategic direction of the business by executing sales plans that expand our customer base and extend RRD’s global reach
Establish new and existing relationships with clients in order to generate new opportunities and provide recommendations on RRD products and services
Provide support to team through the entire lifecycle of a sale from prospecting to closure.
Drive growth through new business opportunities
Performs other related duties as assigned.
