The Established Accounts Clients Manager main purpose is to establish and build relationships within a set number of defined accounts in the Mid-market segment on both a strategic and operative level.
The Established Accounts Clients Manager will identify, develop and create opportunities and build own pipeline, win new deals, creating opportunities for long-term profitability, and be responsible for the entire Customer experience. The role will focus on driving new customer acquisition within one of our five core industries (Aerospace &
Defense, Energy, Utilities &
Resources, Engineering,Construction &
Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Service). Responsibility for selling all IFS products/solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
Building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and territory plans within your industry/Geography, CRM management/administration
Achieve mutually agreed upon sales quota for assigned industry/Geography
Increase pipeline through forecasting, demand generation and targeted campaigns
Work in collaboration and close partnership with Marketing/Business Development, Pre-sales and Operations to help close successful deals.
The Established Accounts Clients Manager must have a strong understanding of their prospects business goals in order to position the business benefits that IFS will bring in line with the customers top business initiatives.
