This is a Full-Time Seasonal Position;
seasonal work entails temporary employment opportunities tied to specific times of the year, such as our ski and bike seasons.
This position may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Duties:

Delegate tasks
Resolve complaints
Maintain health code compliance
Ensure staff knowledge
Balance reports

Leadership:

Drive change

Experience:

1 year of customer service excellence in retail or restaurant settings.
Coaching and preparing food and beverages to standard recipes.
Six months of effective task delegation and team coordination.
Quick learner with strong oral communication skills.
Adept at building relationships and working collaboratively.
Committed to upholding store standards for quality and safety.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
