Key Responsibilities:
Forge and sustain robust relationships with clients to comprehend their staffing requisites and devise custom solutions.
Identify, vet, and interview candidates to confirm alignment with client needs.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placement, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and candidates alike.
Employ a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to draw in premium candidates.
Keep meticulous records of candidate communications and successful placements in our system.
Work collaboratively with our team to refine our recruitment methodologies and tactics.
Remain abreast of sector trends and best practices to offer cutting-edge staffing solutions.
Hard Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in staffing.
A track record of successful placements.
A strong drive and determination to excel.
