Job Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment and staffing efforts of the organization. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment agencies to ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone screenings, in-person interviews, and follow-up meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on the status of open positions and recruitment activities.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies as needed to fill specialized or high-volume positions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to promote the company and attract talent.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Proven 3 years of minimumexperience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
