Staff Systems Engineer - Cloud Operations

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Staff System Engineer to support our on-premises customers. As a key member of the Cloud Ops engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting infrastructure related needs for on-premises customers to build/manage their environment to run ServiceNow products.

Designsolutions for replication, sharding and performance optimization.
Recommending code tuning/optimizations
Designscalable software and database architecture to support customer growth.
Researching and implementing new tools and technologies
