We are seeking a dynamic Staff Product Manager to lead product management and marketing for our SLC NAND, Automotive eMMC/UFS, and other Flash Memory products, working with a wide range of OEMs across various industries and applications. In this pivotal role, you will drive KIOXIA's business growth by engaging in all aspects of marketing and product management, identifying new applications and markets, gathering and leveraging customer feedback to shape future products and roadmaps, overseeing day-to-day operations, negotiating pricing strategies, and resolving challenges with ingenuity and resourcefulness. Responsibilities
Manage and contribute to product marketing efforts for Automotive eMMC/UFS, SLC NAND, and other Flash Memory products
Accelerate sales growth by implementing strategic marketing initiatives such as promotion, product positioning, pricing strategy, and product placement, all while continuously gathering insights from customer feedback and market analysis.
Continuously gather and apply knowledge from customer feedback and market trends to shape product roadmaps and future developments.
Partner with colleagues in Japan, KIOXIA's overseas companies, Sales, Engineering, and other departments to manage customer requirements, resolve issues, and expand KIOXIA’s business.
Regularly generate financial and production forecasts for product lines and customers, contributing to the budgeting and mid-term planning process.
Develop a comprehensive technical understanding of our products to inform business decisions and enhance strategic planning.
Support the creation and presentation of promotional materials that showcase the benefits and technology of KIOXIA’s NAND Flash products.
Deliver compelling and informative presentations to customers and management, and other stakeholders.
Approximately 20% travel required, mostly domestic with some international trips.
