Job Description
Summary
The Rental/Retail Accountant will be responsible for the management of retail and fixed asset accounting for Four Mountain Sports &
ASPENX. They will assist the rental/retail accounting team in all Accounts Payable and accounting duties including month end close processing, data entry management and reconciliation of accounts.
The budgeted hourly pay rate for this position is $24.50- $30. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

Essential Job Functions
Accounts payable ownership for ASPENX &
Four Mountain Sports rental/retail department
Reconciles monthly vendor statements and inputs invoices into Netsuite
Assist with inventory counts and controls, validating General Ledger account balances against inventory management system
Assisting with establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Owner of weekly retail reporting and analysis for stores
Coordinate with buyers on payment terms, pricing, quantities, etc.
Reconcile Purchase Orders to Receiving logs and assists with discrepancies between PO, receiver and invoice
Coordinate with AP team to verify payment status as needed
Assist with any returns or warranty issues that may occur
Communicate shipping needs/concerns between buyers and warehouse
Report Sales Tax information
Other duties as assigned
