Staff Accountant I

Job Description
Pay ranges from $25-$31/hr depending on experience.
This position requires the ability to work a hybrid schedule in our Sacramento Corporate Office but work from home opportunities will be available.
An exciting opportunity to be a part of our Accounting Team! The Staff Accountant I is responsible for transactional accounting, preparation and analysis of financial data in accordance with GAAP.
What you will be doing:
Performing general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable activities for branches and maintaining regular communication with the Team Members you support.
Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports;
verify information for accuracy.
Maintain records and files, reconcile accounts when needed.
Prepare general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger and other sources.
Develop, recommend, and/or implement improvements to established accounting procedures.
Respond to accounting and financial questions.
