They will have consultancy experience (external preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to customize products to merge with the cloud and the client's requirements.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Consultant/Developer with over 5 years of experience in SyteLine development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide invaluable billable services to our clients, offering comprehensive support for their SyteLine systems. Additionally, depending on your expertise, you may extend your services to encompass other development or technical solutions, expanding beyond SyteLine. The ideal candidate will boast extensive experience in customizing SyteLine ERP, INFOR CSI, and integrating with cloud platforms such as .NET, AWS, or equivalent, with a strong inclination towards hands-on coding. Preference will be given to candidates with over 10 years of proven experience in SyteLine or INFOR development and customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a spectrum of client-facing activities, including but not limited to, requirements elicitation, analysis, devising innovative solutions to address business challenges, documenting technical specifications, project estimation, end-to-end development, rigorous testing, debugging, and seamless project delivery to clients.
- Thoroughly understanding and interpreting client requirements is paramount to success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, encompassing T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Solid background in manufacturing processes and operations.
- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Previous experience in consulting roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical aptitude coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Self-motivated with the willingness to seek assistance when required.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of work and performance.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed, utilizing the most efficient and cost-effective modes of transportation as directed by management. Travel purposes may include but are not limited to, on-site client engagements, internal meetings, client consultations, and sales support activities. Anticipated travel for this role is approximately 25%, subject to variations based on business requirements.
- Possession of a valid drivers license is mandatory.
