The Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) is a key component of the Value-Added Services (VAS) PD within Visa. VAS-RaIS has a suite of high visibility, high-volume, revenue earning applications that provide solutions related to Risk Management, Identity and Authentication. As a Lead Technical Product Manager (TPM), you'll spearhead the global strategy and roadmap for our Acceptance Risk Solutions portfolio. We're looking for someone with a strong technical product management background and proven experience in delivering impactful products within the payment risk domain or similar industries.
In this role, you'll engage in high-level conversations with business and tech partners across regions, thinking broadly about our business to drive solutions that enhance the safety and integrity of our payment ecosystem. You'll also build strong partnerships to define feature sets, story maps, and detailed user stories to support our development process.
You'll collaborate with teams to create feature requirements, contribute to solution architecture design and API specifications, and ensure our solutions are extensible and scalable to meet client needs. Additionally, you'll work closely with the program management team to ensure we meet delivery dates.

Essential Functions
Accountabilities - General:
Lead the development and management of the tactical roadmap, feature sets, and success criteria for pilots, while handling any associated issues or risks.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather high-level requirements, convert them into feature specs, prioritize, and drive execution across development teams in different regions.
Lead and coordinate teams across multiple countries to ensure seamless execution.
Advocate for internal and external customer needs within the engineering team, influencing solutions design and priorities.
Establish milestones in alignment with client needs to ensure timely product delivery.
Represent the product team in engineering meetings, providing clarification on features and requirements.
Develop high-level technical solutions for pilots, identifying any external dependencies and technology risks.
Collaborate with engineers on design artifacts and Quality Assurance test plans.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing, Bug bashes, and hackathons with key stakeholders.
Advise the product team on technical feasibility during the development lifecycle.
Provide updates to executive management, highlighting any technical issues.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Demonstrate a strong passion for applying GenAI solutions proactively in undertaking technical tasks as needed to facilitate process improvements.
Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive and regulatory landscape.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
