That?s Nice, But What?s The Job?
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as a strategic talent selection and onboarding partner within SiteLock. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist proactively works with business leaders to identify organizational talent goals. They will develop and execute recruitment strategies designed to attract and hire talent that will grow the business. The position will design, measure, and optimize recruitment programs, and act as primary contact for recruitment systems, tools, and processes. This position will perform full cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and recruiting vendors. The position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Manage the full cycle recruitment process for all business segments. Create position specific recruitment strategies, source, screen, interview, offer, and onboard talent.
Drive diversity and inclusion efforts by developing and executing an effective sourcing strategy with local community partners.
Develop employer branding strategy. Partner with Marketing to create talent acquisition branding materials and collateral, including videos, communication templates, flyers, promotions gifts, and online content.
Own the onboarding process to drive employee retention and engagement.
Leverage social media to promote SiteLock as an employer of choice. Manage SiteLock?s talent focused social media websites.
Design university and college recruiting program. Develop relationships with campus career centers, student organizations, and key faculty.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, including collaborating to understand the needs of positions, drafting job descriptions and job ads, and developing a plan for successfully sourcing qualified candidates for positions.
Create innovative sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool for positions by sourcing passive candidates, networking, creating Boolean searches, using internal databases, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, anticipating future openings and position fit.
Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies;
establish and maintain a consistent and valid candidate assessment process.
Coach hiring managers on behavioral interviewing and candidate selection best practices.
Facilitate interview training with management team members as needed.
Work with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure seamless onboarding of new talent.
Develop talent acquisition metrics and KPIs to measure success.
Manage talent acquisition budget. Measure ROI on recruiting vendors and expenditures, including job boards, advertisements, lead generation tools, career fairs/events, sourcing tools, staffing resources, etc.
Research and implement upgraded recruiting systems, tools, and processes.
Implement and manage SiteLock WOTC program.
What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years developing and executing recruiting strategy and initiatives in a corporate environment.
5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including managing high-volume recruiting.
Demonstrated success with implementing new talent acquisition programs, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, university recruiting, etc.
