Job Description
As a member of our Employee WorkflowsSolutionConsulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the Employee Workflows product suite. You will help guide revenue for HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, Employee Center Pro, and other emerging Employee Workflows solutions withthesupportand partnershipofSales,ProductManagement, and the executive team. This role is specifically focused on how Intelligent Automation (AI Solutions inclusive of GenAI and Machine Learning) drive exceptional employee experiences across the enterprise.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable in a hands-on “technical” solution consultant role and is someone who can go wide and deep on all aspects of the ServiceNow platform during the sales cycle. Bonus points if you have experience at a ServiceNow partner or have spent time as a ServiceNow product owner.

The Employee Workflows Solution Consultantis a technical consultantwiththe advanced ability todevelop, position andprovideproduct-specificsolutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
Support product sales as a technical and domain expertof the Employee Workflows product suite
Collaborate with matrix teams on discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our Employee Workflows solutions with customer needs
Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements thatcanaddress customer needs and guide additional value
Shareand learnbest practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
