What You’ll Do
The Sr. ServiceNow Engineer is a key member of our Intelligent Operations team, building ServiceNow integrations and automating IT processes to enable clients to become more efficient &
effective, and ultimately provide a better user experience for our client’s end-users. The team works directly with clients and with various teams across Burwood.
As the Sr. ServiceNow Engineer, you’ll be involved in:
Performing requirement analysis, design, configuration, testing and customization of ServiceNow modules, features, and applications
Developing integrations with backend systems, e-bonding and web-based services into ServiceNow
Creating comprehensive and efficient ServiceNow workflows and processes to drive ITSM success
Implementing and documenting IT operations and software requirements for Burwood and our clients
Maintaining and assisting to further develop our internal platforms with ServiceNow
Managing all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal transformation teams on status, issues, and communications
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user-guides
Conducting user-training and help-sessions for new features or implementations
Managing gaps between business specifications and product enhancements and/or business process change
