Sr Scientist I Analytical Development

Job Description
We are currently looking for an individual to join our Technical Operations team. This individual willdevelop methods for testing and release of large molecules in the manufacturing of antibody-drug conjugates.
Lead development, qualification, and validation of analytical methods for the routine testing of large molecules at the clinical stages of development
Oversee, develop, and troubleshoot the development activities at Contract Testing Labs and/or Contract Research Organizations
Collaborate with the Analytical Development Team to support CMC control strategies and define critical quality attributes
Support method development strategies through literature reviews, ICH and Regulatory guidelines, and practical experiences
Author and review technical reports, validation protocols, regulatory components, and publications
Deliver planned analytical activities in a deadline-driven environment through collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, external partners, and vendors
