Futurex, named one of San Antonio’s “Best Places to Work” by the San Antonio Business Journal, is seeking talented individuals with a passion for technology and a proven track record of achieving quotas to join our enterprise sales team in the position of Senior Sales Executive at Futurex’s Engineering Campus in Bulverde, 15 miles north of San Antonio, Texas. The position involves regular travel to qualified sales leads throughout the United States.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify enterprise sales opportunities for encryption, key management, and tokenization hardware and cloud services across broad market verticals incorporating self-generated leads as well as those provided by Futurex’s product marketing team
Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, building an understanding of their IT ecosystem and helping them identify solutions for complex data security challenges
Work with Futurex’s Solutions Architect team to present highly technical customer integration plans
Deliver compelling presentations that articulate the value of Futurex and VirtuCrypt technology
Compensation
Commissions paid for on-premises cryptographic appliance sales, cloud service contracts, and hybrid on-premises and cloud sales (no caps)
Quota incentive accelerators:
paid quarterly (no caps)
Requirements
Requirements
Proven track record of achieving revenue quotas
Prospecting and account development skills, with demonstrated ability to work with technical, non-technical, and executive level prospects
Experience managing complex, enterprise, 6+ figure sales cycles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strongly Preferred
CISSP, Security+, CISM, GSEC, or other security-focused certification
BA/BS degree in a technical field
Experience with data encryption technology such as HSMs, enterprise key management, certificate authority &
PKI, tokenization, and Crypto-as-a-Service cloud platforms
