Sr Property Manager

Job Description
Public Storage is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to join our Real Estate team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of our commercial properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily operations for commercial properties for efficiency.
Control property budgets for maximum profitability.
Create processes for managing resources, budgets, and property changes.
Responsible for reconciling operating expenses, taxes, and insurance.
Oversee projects:
scope, budget, and timelines.
Identify and report on key project success factors.
Use risk management to address problems and propose solutions to Senior Asset Manager.
Conduct routine property inspections for maintenance and repairs.
Handle tenant relationships, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Organize and oversee necessary property renovations, upgrades and repairs.
Regularly update Sr Asset Manager on property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Periodic travel across the Mid-Atlantic area.
