Job Description
Lead the migration of M&
A companies (acquisitions) into Visa’s Client Services organization, from a tools perspective.
Manage the alignment of acquisitions into the Visa Client Services existing processes and use of CRM (MSFT Dynamics 365).
Ensure sales, marketing, technology and the leadership team are on board with your strategic thinking and be able to explain, clearly, why and how you are making decisions.
Prioritize and continually weigh the competing factors of your products, Client Services limited resources, and demands from various stakeholders. Prioritization should be quantitatively measurable, in collaboration with the business.
Understand User Experience, design thinking and its importance to product features.
Work with stakeholders and architects to define products scope and prioritization and be flexible to iterate/change per latest developments to meet deadlines.
Break down product requirements into clear functional specifications, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets.
Evaluate new product opportunities and align them with the Visa Client Service’s needs.
Design and develop value proposition definition and communications, product differentiation and cost/benefit analysis.
Participate in Agile methodologies like sprint planning, daily scrums, product demos, test phases, retrospectives to ensure on time high quality delivery.
Work very closely with Technology partners to ensure user stories, technical specifications and final product meet business requirements by participating and reviewing the product design, development, test plans and deployment processes.
Be the primary liaison between other business units, technical product managers, engineering and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets.
Oversee and gauge product progress at every stage of the development process to ensure proper functionality.
Continually update, manage and prioritize the product backlog based on the project’s ever-changing and evolving needs.
Hands on creation of product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
